Design Guide

This design guide is to give our clients more information of our file format requirements in order to prevent any delay or other unnecessary matters. Software Requirements: Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, Photoshop. Do note that using MS Word, Excel or Powerpoint is strongly unacceptable due to its document base format. File Format Requirements: Illustrator (Version cs5 and below): AI Format (e.g. filename.ai) Illustrator File must convert to Outline Format. Freehand (Version 11 and below): FH Format (e.g. filename.fh11) Freehand File must convert to Path. CorelDRAW (Version 10 and below): CDR Format (e.g. filename.cdr) CorelDRAW File must convert to Curves Photoshop (Version cs5 and below): JPG format or TIF Format (e.g. filename.jpg / filename.tif) Photoshop file format must be 300 dpi and above, image must be flatten (without layers). File size for TIF and JPEG format must be at least 5 MB or above for Large Format Prints. We do provide design services. Our design fees depends on the requirement of our clients. For all the above, do send to us in CMYK colour, 8 bit. We support both PC and Macintosh file format. Final Artwork which is created by our customer must bear full responsibility on the Copyright and trademark law. We will not bear any consequences of the violation of Copyright and Trademark Issue.
